How long does shipping take?
Most orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days. Standard shipping typically takes an additional 5–7 business days depending on your location.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the United States. International shipping is coming soon.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships you will receive a tracking number by email. Use that number to track your package directly on the carrier's website.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders are processed quickly. If you need to make a change please contact us immediately at mysilverlineapparel@gmail.com. We will do our best to accommodate but cannot guarantee changes once an order is in production.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free shipping on all orders over $75.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
How do I start a return?

Do you offer exchanges?
Yes. If you need a different size or color email us and we will get it sorted out for you.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us immediately at mysilverlineapparel@gmail.com with a photo of the item. We will make it right at no cost to you.

How do your products fit?
Our apparel runs true to size. If you are between sizes we recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit.
What materials are your products made from?
We use premium ring-spun cotton for our tees and long sleeves, brushed fleece for our hoodies, and French terry for our joggers. Full material details are listed on each product page.
Do you restock sold out items?
Yes. Sign up for our email list to be the first to know when items are back in stock.
Are your products made for corrections officers and jailers specifically?
Yes. Silver Line Apparel was built from the ground up for the corrections community. Every design, every graphic, and every product we make is created with COs and jailers in mind. This brand is yours.
Do you have designs specific to Texas corrections officers?
Yes. We have a Texas Corrections collection featuring designs made specifically for Texas COs and jailers. More designs are added regularly.
